Sharon Brokenbough, MBA,ACC, PHR, SHRM-CP President (2022-2025)

I have a strong passion for empowering new, existing and aspiring leaders to reach their highest potential. Not only is the new or aspiring leader often one of the most neglected individuals in an organization, but women often require special support to be heard, recognized and rewarded. Having been in Corporate America for well over 30 years’; I know firsthand the challenges that many face on a daily basis. My personal experiences work to fuel my passion to equip my clients with the tools to overcome any obstacles that may currently stand in their way of being whatever they want to be, without apology, guilt or fear.


Cassandra Moore, PCC Past President (2021-2023)

Cassandra is the Founder and CEO of TMYK Group (The Moore You Know). She provides professional coaching to individual, group, and company clients in the areas of leadership and career success. Cassandra holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential. She is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, both certifications obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Cassandra provides transformational core energy coaching designed to liberate her clients towards achieving their goals.

Cassandra is known as the motivational Leader of the Human Capital Movement -- a movement dedicated to helping people grow, pursue their passions and feel a greater sense of purpose. She has a dynamic Human Resources background with over 25 years of experience working for major corporations such as Comcast, Siemens and Staples. Her core specialties include employee engagement, executive coaching, leadership development, career management, diversity equity & inclusion, talent management, executive presence, and personal branding.


Linda Marshall, MBA, PCC Treasurer (2022-2025)

As a career and life coach, I draw on an extensive corporate career that leverages a combination of coaching, leadership, and mentoring experiences to support my client’s success. My practice is devoted to leaders and entrepreneurs focused on developing their leadership and management skills to maximize success, and individuals focused on personal and professional transformation.

I meet the client where they are and serve as a co-pilot in guiding them to the best version of themselves. Coaching is a partnership focused on creating a roadmap to success. I use assessments, goal setting, and powerful questions in support of the client’s goals.

My clients have included employees from Fortune 50 corporations, small to medium-sized companies, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. Although their experiences appear varied, there was a common desire to revamp their careers and lives.

Transformational leader skilled at building high performance teams, currently transitioning to a full-time leadership and executive coach.



Beverley Doody, PCC Member-at-Large (2022-2024)

Beverley has had a 35-year career as a Human Resources Professional, 32 years of which with a global manufacturing organization, delivering business solutions across the UK, Europe, AsiaPacific and the USA. She is highly skilled in leadership development, performance and succession management and strategic planning. She also has proven experience with mergers and acquisitions – leading culture synthesis, total rewards, organization design and change management.


Mags Uhrich, MA, ACC Member-at-Large (2022-2024)

Margaret brings 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise gained in the healthcare, construction, pharmaceutical, and technology industries along with an extensive background in training and development to MEA.

Margaret founded and grew a commercial contracting firm to $8MM which in 2002 was ranked in the top 10 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

In 2010, she graduated from LaSalle University’s Master’s program in Instructional Technology Management.


Julie Ketover, JD, PCC Member-at-Large (2022-2024)

Julie Ketover, Esq., PCC is an executive, leadership and life coach with nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry. In her practice, Julie works with high performing women in demanding professional environments. Her clients learn to challenge and trust themselves, to own their power, to express themselves fully and to achieve their goals with purpose. Julie is married and lives with her husband and two daughters in South Jersey.

Julie has been an ICF Philadelphia member since 2019. She became a member of the ICF in 2017 so as to be more formally aligned with the vision and mission of the ICF to uphold the integrity of the coaching profession. She joined the Philadelphia chapter to become more closely connected to her local coaching community.


Lara Heacock, PCC Member-at-Large (2022-2024)

Lara Heacock is a Leadership Coach who brings over 20 years’ experience in Corporate America. She runs popular personal development blog KindOverMatter.com, and works with professionals and companies to help them use kindness to end the epidemic of burnout in America. Lara's background includes working in companies ranging from small privately-held firms to multi-national organizations. In over a decade of leadership in the Talent Acquisition industry, she managed geographically dispersed teams, and mentored and coached associates in the US and abroad.

Mo Chanmugham, Esq., ACC, CPCC Member-at-Large (2022-2024)

Mo Chanmugham, Esq., ACC is an attorney turned executive career coach and founder of MGC Coaching where he works with ambitious mid to senior-level professionals who want to create more fulfilling careers. He believes greater self-awareness leads to better career decisions and works with his clients to get unstuck and align their values with their professional goals. He graduated from the Coaches Training Institute and has been working as a coach since 2015.

Mo has been an ICF Philadelphia member since 2020 after moving here from Boston with his wife and two children in 2019. In Boston, he enjoyed being part of a rich coaching community and he looks forward to connecting and giving back to the local Philadelphia community in the same way.


Steven Jones, Ph.D. Member-at-Large (2021-2025)

Certified executive coach dedicated to helping clients achieve results and accelerate progress in achieving important goals. My approach utilizes strengths-based coaching, appreciative inquiry, tools for helping individuals achieve sustained high performance, and various methods for managing life transitions. Having an appreciation for the importance of effective negotiation in the achievement of goals, my practice also involves coaching on key foundations of negotiations and providing tools and support for navigating specific phases of the negotiation process. Clients include executives and corporate leaders, emerging leaders, and professionals interested in personal coaching for increased performance and professional development.

Federica started her career 20 years ago in the HR Department at Telecom Italia ICT Company, where she soon discovered her passion for empowering people while working as HR, taking care of people development & management, organization & training. She developed a profound curiosity for coaching techniques, curiosity that became a passion and then a profession.

After an intensive training with the most accredited coaching schools in South and North America and with the support of neuroscience, she achieved her goal to empower people by helping individuals discover what really motivates them and learn how to overcome challenges and to live and perform at their best. She proudly helps managers and professionals to get clarity on their purposes, building confidence in themselves, as well as to forge powerful professional relationship with leadership while improving balance in personal and professional life. Her international and multicultural solid background, that has its roots in her direct experience abroad, as well as in her university education, helps her successfully support clients internationally by leveraging cross-cultural acumen.



Amy Tuccio Member-at-Large (2023-2025)

Amy Tuccio is the founder of Leading to Thrive, LLC and focuses on elevating emotional intelligence for individuals and organizations through coaching and facilitation.  With 12+ years in Aerospace building and leading teams, Amy leverages her expertise to support executives and leaders at all levels, teams and organizations to lead, thrive and create extraordinary results. Amy is a mentor coach and coach educator and is currently Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching at Arootah, a NYC-based startup.

Amy is credentialed as PCC through the ICF, and her certifications include trauma informed coach, Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), certified diversity professional (CDP), project management professional (PMP), a change manager through Prosci, and a trained facilitator through Next Level Training’s Leader in Transformation program.  She teaches keys to creating maximum results and effectiveness through emotional intelligence, awareness, communication, giving and receiving feedback, and leadership.

Amy joined ICF Philadelphia in 2020 and is currently part of the Education Committee.

Amy is currently based in Connecticut  with her partner and enjoys travel and plant-based cooking.  She is service oriented and has supported leadership teams in fundraising over $200K for charities from 2017-2022 through Next Level Trainings and founded an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion task force to offer process improvement for trainings and also created diversity scholarships for emotional intelligence trainings for those in need.  One of her biggest passions is creating accessibility and empowerment.

Gabriele Garner is the founder and principal coach of GG Coaching & Consulting, a leadership and team development coaching practice. Her motivation and dedication to coaching is to enable leaders (at all levels) to be their authentic selves and lead business and people together.

By raising conscious awareness, leaders are empowered to work together to achieve greater results through collaboration, clear communication, intent to action, inclusivity, innovation, as well as showing up holistically in all areas of their life.

Gabriele brings 26+ years of experience as a leader and director working for a global retail company. During that time, she was responsible for the country’s leadership strategy to drive organizational growth, increase engagement and leadership metrics which achieved sustainable results through the organization.

What has made Gabriele successful is her approach in life and work is to be curious, believe in people and their capabilities, meet them where they are, build a culture of high trust, and lead through her values.

Currently on the board as the Membership Co-chair, Gabriele joined ICF in 2017 and was a member of the ICF Chapter MD before coming to Philadelphia. She has supported both the IGNITE program, Big Brother/Big Sister program, and the Pennsylvania Women’s Conference.

Gabriele is recognized as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with over 2,000 coaching hours through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Coach, Individual Team Coaching Certification through the European Mentor and Coaching Council (EMCC).
