Michael Rocks is a 23-year veteran business coach and speaker. In 2000, he partnered with ICF Founder Thomas Leonard and embarked on the “Coach U Millennium Tour,” where they met thousands of coaches, most of whom were struggling to build their businesses. Since then, has helped over 500 individual and 1,500 small group clients grow their businesses.

Amy Salapski has over 25 years of experience specializing in Organizational and Talent Development. She left her corporate job at the start of the pandemic and hired Michael as her business coach. She achieved her first-year revenue goal using his business development system and applying her own innovative approaches. Amy continues to serve corporate clients while also partnering with Michael to help coaches and solopreneurs grow their businesses
