In this experiential and interactive session, DJ and her business partner Barry Mitsch will distinguish team and group coaching, engage the chapter participants in exercises to determine how to coach the team leader in prep for a team coaching interaction, and provide insights and case studies from the impactful results for teams of all sizes.

DJ Mitsch is a pioneer Team Coach, one of the first 25 Master Certified Coaches in the world and 6th Past President Global ICF. DJ is known for promoting global chapter development and board representation as she served as a founding board member for six formative years. DJ created the original Extraordinary Game program for Team Coaching which has be renamed in 2008 as The Team Advantage, the complete process for organizational transformation. Launching the first corporate coaching company in 1993, DJ and Barry Mitsch have led thousands of Team coaching programs, and trained close to 1,000 coaches throughout the world to deliver this signature program. Hired by a broadcast CEO to help set strategy in early 1995 , DJ developed the first extraordinary team coaching experience supporting a news and sports network organization with extraordinary outcomes - $2MM additional dollars to their bottom line, securing a piece of equipment for their network affiliates that had been back ordered for two years, and creating a new strategy that would elevate profitability and energize their workforce… all within 4 months. The leader called her coaching program the Extraordinary Game! The program has seen several improvements and iterations over the years, retitled the Team Advantage in 2008 and now coaches throughout the world have learned to deliver and trust the process, while expanding their coaching skills to focus on team dynamics, leadership capabilities, conflict resolution and the notion to celebrate even small wins.
