This workshop offers coaches the opportunity to:
- Increase awareness of how the many complex contexts in which we live and work impact us both as coaches and clients
- Gain skills to work with complexity in the present moment by seeing the many levels of systems through which we operate in a coaching conversation
- Learn to notice reactivity and offer resourcefulness to our clients in a coaching session
- Understand how including the body can be support greater wholeness and resilience
Speaker: Bebe Hansen, PCC
Bebe integrates her extensive family business experience with her psychotherapy background to support leaders, teams and organizations in building leadership skills and capacities. She is a leadership coach, consultant and trainer, and has worked with leaders in the private, nonprofit and government sectors.
Bebe is the Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching and has taught and developed the curriculum for many years with Doug Silsbee, PCC, the program’s founder. Bebe teaches all levels within this cutting edge, ICF approved coach-training program. She also delivers PBC and Presence-Based® Leadership development training around the Washington, DC metro area, in the US, and internationally.
